Great location right near Darling Harbour. Indoor pool and spa were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. Room was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Despite some minor maintenance issues with the bathroom, overall it was a great experience. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel is an ideal stay for families and bigger groups of friends due to the spacious 1 bedroom apartments with extra sofa beds. The location is very convenient for those who want to access the Darling Harbour shopping centre, and all the activities in the village of Pyrmont and is easily connected to public transport. The Pyrmont walkway and light-rail station are in proximity for outings.
The decor and carpet in the rooms may be outdated according to some guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location near the Darling Harbour is perfect for accessing all the attractions of this area and the underground. The staff were polite and allowed me to add an extra person at the last minute. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed such as the kitchen, dryer, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, and steam room were perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I was satisfied with the service provided by the housekeeping, laundry, and room service departments.
The Reception desk staff were not consistently friendly and some seemed reluctant to provide any information unless I asked for it. However, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious room with great amenities and especially for its prime location near the Darling Harbour.
